What are you going to do?

As Inside Sales this job you will work closely with the Sales Manager and Account Manager, you will receive the right guidance to help customers properly, keep the CRM system in order and work out technical offers. You will also create opportunities with our current customers by offering Maintenance and Monitoring (O&M) contracts and additions to their current energy system, think DC charging stations (fast chargers) and batteries.

This is an entry-level role with the opportunity to grow into an independent role within business development, account management or supportive towards overseas within a short period of time.

Your Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Preparation of quotations
  • Development of tender invitations
  • Requesting prices from suppliers
  • Customer visits existing customers
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date
  • Follow up on incoming leads

So much of the work is behind the laptop with occasional opportunities to go to the customer. There is the opportunity to go on customer visits with the account manager or sales manager.

What do you bring?

At ETURN we are looking for someone who is commercially minded with an affinity for engineering. The role is junior and work experience is not necessary but is a plus. Willingness to learn is most important in this role.

You recognize yourself in the following:

  • Minimum level of higher vocational education and training
  • Work experience is a plus
  • Affinity for engineering
  • Proactive attitude: you see opportunities and seize them
  • Direct and clear in communication
  • Relationship-oriented, but also commercially astute
  • Quick to switch gears and able to work well independently
  • Fluent in Dutch (English is a plus)

  • Market-based salary of €3000 to €4000 depending on qualifications and experience based on 40 hours.

  • 60/40 arrangement: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.
