As an Account Manager, you will work directly with the Sales Manager and play an important role in realizing new energy projects. You will maintain contact with existing customers, develop new commercial opportunities and supervise sales processes from start to finish – including negotiations and contract formation. You will also have the opportunity to further develop yourself in the area of business development, international projects and representing ETURN at trade fairs and events.

What are you going to do?
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing new commercial opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships. You will guide sales processes from initial conversation to contract, working with internal teams such as engineering, project management and procurement.
Your duties will include:
- Actively approach existing customers for additional energy solutions such as PV, BESS, charging solutions and maintenance contracts
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Conduct customer interviews (by phone, online and on-site)
- Preparation and development of quotations and commercial proposals
- Collaborate on tenders and data room documentation
- Professional lead tracking
- Building long-term customer relationships
So you’re not just sitting at your laptop, you’re also regularly on the road to clients, projects and events.
Your Responsibilities
Within this role you will be given a lot of independence and responsibility. You will actively contribute to the commercial growth of ETURN.
Your duties will include:
- Develop new commercial opportunities
- Building out existing customer relationships
- Drafting and negotiating contracts
- Supervise sales projects along with internal project teams
- Represent ETURN at clients, events and trade shows
- Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline
What do you bring?
We are looking for a technical-commercial profile who gets energy from customer contact, responsibility and closing deals.
You recognize yourself in the following:
- Minimum level of higher vocational education and training
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in B2B sales, business development or a commercial project role
- Affinity for engineering (experience in energy, infra or construction is a plus)
- Proactive attitude: you see opportunities and seize them
- Direct and clear in communication
- Relationship-oriented, but also commercially astute
- Be able to switch quickly and work independently
- Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
